1. How to ORDER shoes?
1)
By E-mail order:
--Send a mail to us with the following information:
--style + colour of the shoes
--Quantity you want
--your CONTACT details (Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email +tel NO.)
By online order:
--Full the following information:
--your CONTACT details (Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email +tel NO.)
--choose the product that you want
--complete the online order step
2) We will confirm your mail(or online order info.) and we will request the total amount to be transfered to you.(ALL prices are inclusive shipping fee)
3) You can send us money via Bank(Wire Transfer) or via Western Union(is faster).
4) After we receiving the amount, we will send the package to the shipping address(customer).
All the shoes are shipped from China !
5) We will send you the tracking number after we have shipped the shoes.(after 1days)
6) The package will be delivered within 7days (sometimes it can be delivered faster):
it depends where you are located.
7) We would appreciate if you give feedback after you have received the package.
2. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
3. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 3days you can trace your package(s).
4. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or via MSN.
5. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order.
Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster.
Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
6. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
7. Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
Yes ofcourse, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else
8. Can I order a pair of shoes as samples? Can I select the size for my sample pair?
Yes. We accept sample order. We will try to get the size you request. If not we will choose one from random. We can not guarantee it due to fast turnover of our stock
9. What sizes do you have?
The size ranges are usually from Euro 41-46 (UK7-11 / US 8-12) for Men shoes and Euro 36-40 (UK 3-6 / US 5.5-8.5) for Women shoes. You will see the gender of each style together with the pictures.
10. Do the shoes come with a box?
Yes, each pair of shoes comes with flat boxes and necessary accessories. For Jordan shoes, they come with retro cards.
Return/Exchange?
- We DO NOT offer refunds.
>> Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are:
>> "I don't want the shoes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color".
>> Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture.
>> Acceptable Reasons for exchange:
